Additional customer responsibilities may be identified in the individual project agreement.

Materials may vary slightly in color, texture, grain, finish, or appearance due to manufacturing differences, natural characteristics, existing surfaces, lighting, age, or other conditions.

When repairs involve matching existing paint, siding, trim, texture, or other finishes, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.

Payment schedules and accepted payment methods will be identified in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or contract.

Customers are responsible for making payments according to the terms agreed upon for their individual project.

Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary depending on the project, materials ordered, work already completed, and other costs incurred by R4 Trim and Finish LLC.

Any project-specific cancellation terms contained in a signed estimate, proposal, or contract will control.

Any workmanship warranty offered by R4 Trim and Finish LLC will be provided separately in writing and will be subject to the terms and exclusions stated in that warranty.

Manufacturer warranties on materials or products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms.
